All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment.

  • Processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Peak seasons may cause small delays; updates are sent via email.
  • Orders placed outside working hours are handled the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Delivery (if applicable): 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 14–21 business days depending on location and customs.

Please allow additional time for customs inspections, weather delays or courier issues. Tracking updates will show real-time progress.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and the chosen delivery method.

  • Free shipping may apply during select promotions.
  • Express shipping options may be available for an additional cost.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable once an order is dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges not included in payments made to Alisanda Store.

  • Customs duties, import taxes and handling charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Refused shipments due to unpaid fees may be refunded minus shipping costs.
  • Alisanda Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While Alisanda Store cannot assume responsibility after a package is handed to the courier, we will assist you in resolving any delivery issue.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel is missing, check with neighbors or your local postal office.
  • You may need to open a claim with the courier for lost or stolen items.
  • If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and notify us immediately.

7. Address Accuracy

Correct address information is essential. Alisanda Store is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Contact us promptly if you need to update your address before dispatch.
  • Once an order is in transit, address changes or rerouting cannot be made.

8. Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to delivery issues, refusal or an incorrect address, the following rules apply:

  • Reshipment: Orders may be resent once additional postage is paid.
  • Refund: Refunds are issued minus the original shipping fee.
